"EXCELLENT job at fitting a very large window"

Nancy Arellano and Made in the Shade did a EXCELLENT job at fitting a very large window in my home with a roman shade.  Nancy was very patient and professional in working with me to find out exactly what I wanted and exactly what was going to work for this window.  Once we decided on the type of treatment, we then had to decide on the fabric.  We looked through her vast supply of swatches first.  Picked the ones I liked best and then moved into the room with the window.  Nancy had me sitting on the couch facing the window and she held each of the swatches up to give me the real look and feel of what I picked.  Once those were narrowed down, she then started taking the swatches and held them against the furniture and fixtures in the room to make sure they still worked.  Nancy made the whole process so easy and comfortable!

The fabric and style of shade was decided, the order written up and placed.  Nancy gave me a date that the shade would be ready and she would call me when it arrived.  There are a lot of companies that over promise and can’t deliver… not Made in the Shade!!  Nancy was right on the money!

Next… the install.  Nancy uses a very professional installer.  He called to reconfirm the appointment and was there when he said he would be there (you don’t see this much).  Installation was quick, smooth and clean.  He took down the old curtains, spakled any holes in the wall, cleaned up any dust from the install and carted away the packaging.  This was all done quickly and my new shade looks INCREDIBLE!  The room has a new life!

I would not hesitate to recommend Nancy to anyone!  She and her team did a fantastic job from start to finish.
